  • Your first option to use monday CRM for free is a 14-day trial. Beyond this, you will need to purchase an appropriate monday sales CRM pricing plan to get full-features. If you are a nonprofit , you may be qualified for free access to monday.com or at a discount after filling out the relevant forms.
  • monday CRM cost depends on the plan you choose and your team size. Plans start from 3 users. If you want to sign up more than 40 users, you can request a quote from our sales team to get an exact price.
  • You can pay monthly for your account. By choosing the monthly option on our pricing page, you will be able to pay on a monthly basis. However, monthly plans are not discounted — for this reason we recommend the yearly plan for those looking to save.
  • We understand that each organization has unique needs, requiring specific features to support specific and multiple projects and workflows. Above you can see the features included in the different monday CRM plans. For further guidance in choosing the right plan for you, reach out to our sales team for a consultation.
  • All of our pricing, including our other products, is based on 2 variables: the features you’d like to use, and the number of users. Once you’ve determined the feature plan and users, choose your subscription payment preference: month-to-month or annual plans are available. Payment is made in one upfront installment (if you purchase a plan for one year, you will pay for one year upfront).
  • If you’ve already paid for a yearly subscription within the last 30-days, and wish to cancel your account, you are entitled to a prorated refund. To cancel, navigate to the Admin section.   • Yes. Choosing yearly plan for monday CRM pricing results in an 18% discount.

  • Account admins can access purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, and more on their account. For more details on how to manage your billing information, read here .
  • Admins can change your plan type and user count at any time (Note that post the refund period, we offer no refunds for downgrades). To change your plan, navigate to the Admin section and select the Billing option. From there, choose 'Change plan', pick the desired plan, and enjoy!
